Who this page is for
Users of the Balanso service: the my.balanso.app website and the Balanso apps for iOS and Android. It is one account for all of them, so deletion applies everywhere.
How to delete your account
Email hello@balanso.app from your account’s address with the subject “Delete my account”. We will reply to confirm the request came from you, and delete the account once you confirm.
What is deleted
Your profile (email, name, password), the companies and personal spaces where you are the only owner, with their accounts, payments, categories, counterparties, stock and rules, and the tokens of connected banks.
What is kept
If you were invited to someone else’s company, its data belongs to its owner and stays with them; only your access is removed. If a company is shared, hand it over to another owner before deleting, or ask us to delete it too.
How long it takes
Data is erased within 30 days after you confirm the request. It leaves backups within another 30 days.
