Balanso

Terms of use

Updated October 6, 2026

What Balanso is

Balanso is a web app for bookkeeping in online stores and small businesses: accounts, payments, stock and reports. By using it you agree to these terms.

Your account

You sign in with your email. Keep your mailbox secure: anything done from your account counts as done by you. You grant access to other people yourself and can revoke it at any time.

Your data

All data you enter or import belongs to you. We use it only to run the service, as described in the privacy policy. You can get a copy or delete your account.

Banks and import

Connecting a bank gives Balanso read-only access to statements and balances. You review recognized statements before posting them and are responsible for the payments you post.

What is not allowed

Using the service for illegal activity, trying to access other people’s data, or overloading or breaking the service.

Payment

Prices and payment terms are set by the plans published on the site. Until a plan is published, no fee is charged. Prices and the payment and refund terms will be on the site before you are charged anything.

Liability

Balanso is a bookkeeping tool, not accounting or tax advice. We do our best to keep it running without interruptions or errors, but we do not guarantee that and are not liable for decisions made on the basis of its reports.

Termination

You can stop using Balanso at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may block an account that breaks these terms, with notice by email.

Changes

We will tell you about material changes by email or in the app in advance. The current version is always on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
