Email hello@balanso.app from the address you use to sign in to Balanso. Describe what happened and attach a screenshot if you can. We answer every message.
Where Balanso works
In the browser at my.balanso.app, on a computer or a phone. The Balanso apps for iOS and Android use the same account and the same data.
Can’t sign in
Check your spam folder if the email with the code hasn’t arrived. If you signed up with Google, sign in with Google again. Still stuck? Write to us.
Banks
You connect or disconnect a bank in settings, on the integrations tab. Balanso only reads statements and balances; it cannot move money.
Deleting your account
How to delete your account and what data is erased is described on the “Delete your account” page.
